Decisions of the Complaints Committee and/or Discipline Committee of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia resulting in a finding of professional misconduct, incompetence and/or incapacity are public documents and as such, may be published in the College's newsletter, the local newspaper, as well as in a summarized form in the College's website.
