In colaboration with the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia (CRNNS) and the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia (CLPNNS) participated in a study to identify retention strategies that late career nurses would see as incentives to remain in the workforce if they so desired.
